The lead time for the completion and delivery of any order is estimated to be 8-12 weeks
from the date of order confirmation.

Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. is not liable for delays caused by customs or any other third-
party logistics or regulatory issues along with strikes, fire, compliance with government regulations, acts of God, or any other causes beyond Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc’s control.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production and confirm the order.

All products ordered remain the property of NSD Trade Inc. / Sandalyeci until full payment
has been received.

Full payment is required within 15 days after the order arrives in Toronto warehouse, even if
the customer cannot accept delivery at that time.

Standard delivery fee for the GTA is C$400+HST. Additional delivery costs may apply
depending on the distance of delivery location and volume of the order. Customers can
arrange pick-up with their own vehicle or delivery companies that they’re work with.

Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. has the right to modify the delivery fee without any prior notice.

A fee of $1000 will be charged for the creation of 2D floor-plan drawings, which will be
deducted from the total order amount upon confirmation if any interior design services
provided.

Upon receiving the container, the customer has a 15-day grace period for furniture
acceptance.

If the customer fails to accept the furniture within 15 days of container arrival, a weekly
storage charge of C$150+HST will be applied.

Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and
Conditions at anytime with or without prior notice. Such amendments will be effective
immediately upon posting on the Sandalyeci website.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario
Court of Justice. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario Court of Justice.

Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. merchandise is warranted to be free from manufactory defects
in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of shipment. During this
warranty period Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. will repair or replace, at its own discretion,
merchandise that proves to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting
from an accident, alterations, misuse, tampering, scotch guarding, negligence, or abuse of
product.

Fabrics and leathers are not warranted by Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc.

COM/COL materials are in no way warranted.

Should there be any manufactory defects, Sandalyeci / NSD Trade Inc. is liable to replace
the item(s) or refund the amount that paid for the item(s).

No cancellation or returns will be accepted on any custom orders.

All “on sale” items and floor models are final sale.
